Questions
Do you film videos at my business?
Short videos (up to 30 seconds) are included from the Enquiries plan, made from photos and footage you send us or licensed stock. We’ll give you a simple guide to filming on your phone. Filming on site with a local videographer can be arranged and is quoted separately.
How many rounds of changes do I get?
Each piece includes 2 rounds of changes. Further rounds are charged as design time, at a fixed rate we confirm first.
Do you reply to comments and messages?
Our plans focus on creating and publishing content. Replying to comments and messages isn’t included as standard; ask us on your call if you need it.
Do you use AI? Will my content sound robotic?
We use AI tools to research and draft faster, which is part of why our plans cost what they do. But people plan the work, people review it, and every word is edited in Australian English before you see it. You approve everything before it goes live.
