Allygro has three monthly plans: Presence at 700 AUD, Enquiries at 990 AUD and Growth at 1,490 AUD a month. Each plan has fixed monthly quantities, and the prices are published on our plans page. Ad spend is paid by you directly to Google or Meta, and the CRM is optional from 50 AUD a month.

The Presence plan (700 AUD a month) includes the development, management and hosting of your website — with SSL, security and unlimited changes, one request at a time, one page per request — plus foundational SEO, GEO and AEO, an optimised Google Business Profile with 4 posts a month, 8 pieces for Facebook and Instagram a month and a monthly activity report.

Plans are paid monthly in advance. Every plan has a minimum of 3 months, whichever plan you choose. After that it runs month to month and you can cancel with 30 days’ notice.

Website changes are unlimited on every plan. You send one request at a time, one page per request and we reply within 48 hours max; when it’s done, you send the next one. Each request covers one page of your site — for example the home page or a service page — so every change gets the attention it needs. That way every change is done properly and nothing gets lost.

Yes. You can move up to a bigger plan at any time, and move down from the start of the next billing cycle.

Monthly quantities don’t roll over to the next month. If a piece waits for your approval for more than 10 business days, it counts as delivered in its month — so it helps to have someone who can review and reply quickly.

Anything beyond your plan has a fixed price that we tell you before we start, and we only do it with your approval. If you regularly need more, it’s usually better value to move up a plan.

You do, directly. You decide how much to invest each month and pay that ad spend straight to Google or Meta, on an account in your name. Managing it is included in the Enquiries and Growth plans, for up to 2,000 AUD a month of ad spend.

The Enquiries and Growth plans include managing up to 2,000 AUD a month of ad spend — on 1 platform with Enquiries, and across Google and Meta with Growth. If you want to invest more than 2,000 AUD a month, we put together a custom plan for you. Your ad spend is paid directly to Google or Meta and isn’t part of the plan price.

As many as you like. We work on one active task per service at a time — for example one website task, one social media task and one ads task in parallel. When a task is delivered, the next one in that service’s queue starts. Your plan’s monthly quantities still apply.

We use AI tools to research and draft faster, which is part of why our plans cost what they do. But people plan the work, people review it, and every word is edited in Australian English before you see it. You approve everything before it goes live.

We reply within one Australian business day. Our way of working is built for speed: lean processes, AI tools and one clear task at a time per service, so small requests are often ready to review the next business day.

Each piece includes 2 rounds of changes. Further rounds are charged as design time, at a fixed rate we confirm first.

Short videos (up to 30 seconds) are included from the Enquiries plan, made from photos and footage you send us or licensed stock. We’ll give you a simple guide to filming on your phone. Filming on site with a local videographer can be arranged and is quoted separately.

A kickoff call so we understand your business, your photos and videos (or permission to use licensed stock images), access to your existing accounts and someone who can approve content. We take care of the rest.

Yes. We work online with businesses anywhere in Australia, with a focus on New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland. Meetings are by video call, and replies come within one Australian business day.

We look at how your business appears today on Google Search, Google Maps and in AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Gemini, and send you a one-page report with what’s working and what to fix first. It’s free and there’s no obligation.

GEO (generative engine optimisation) and AEO (answer engine optimisation) are the work that helps your business appear in AI-generated answers — Google’s AI Overviews and AI Mode, and assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity. They build on SEO: clear facts about your business, pages that answer real questions, consistent details across the web and structured data. Every Allygro plan includes them. No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. We commit to the work: the deliverables, deadlines and monthly reports in your plan, done with care and skill. Rankings, mentions in AI assistants, clicks, enquiries and sales also depend on things nobody controls — competitors, budgets and each platform’s algorithms.

You do. Your domain, social media profiles and ad accounts are set up in your business’s name. If you leave, you can move your website elsewhere (we help, as a fixed-price extra) and export your data from the CRM.

The CRM is a simple system that records every enquiry from your website and reminds you when to follow up. It’s optional and costs from 50 AUD a month with any plan. You’ll need it for the automations in the Growth plan.
