Who we are

What we collect

When you request a visibility check or contact us, we collect your name, business name, email, and anything else you choose to share, such as your phone number and website. When we work for you, we may handle information about your customers that comes through your website forms or CRM.

How we use it

To reply to your request, prepare your report, deliver our services, send you information you’ve agreed to receive, and meet our legal obligations. We only send marketing emails with your consent, and every email includes a way to unsubscribe.

Who we share it with

We use trusted suppliers to deliver our services, such as hosting, email and software providers, and specialist contractors. Some of them may store or access information outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to make sure they handle it in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

AI tools

We use AI tools to help produce content. We don’t enter your customers’ personal information into public AI tools.

Your choices

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or to unsubscribe, at any time by emailing us. If you have a complaint, contact us first; you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

Analytics

We may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how our website is used. We don’t sell personal information.
